Charlene Laney CFP®
Charlene embarked on her professional finance journey back in 2012. With financial advice seeming to be an inaccessible luxury to many, she knew there was a need for approachable, reliable, and authentic advisors. Through attainment of numerous FINRA licenses (7, 63, 66, 9, 10) and countless interactions with clients who didn't know where to turn, she learned that having even a little financial savvy - along with the validation of a financial professional - could drastically improve people’s sense of financial well-being and reduce financial stress. This is why Charlene is committed to empowering her clientele to focus on what's in their control and to use the tools and resources available to them. Equipped with the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, she takes the approach of a thought partner, collaborating with her clients and their families to find personalized solutions to address their concerns. Better yet, Charlene understands that not everyone's right answer is the same. Particularly when it comes to unexpected life changes — be it the death of a loved one, getting a divorce, or even ending or changing one's career — having a professional advocate in your corner can be the driving force for reattaining stability and accessing clarity on what to do next. Over the years, Charlene has advised her clients through numerous life transitions like these and has made it her mission to help them both envision and take steps towards a brighter future – one that puts them back in control and instills hope for what’s to come.
Charlene moved to the Denver area from Phoenix in 2017 and hasn’t looked back! She loves being a part of the Root To Rise yoga community in Lowry and teaches hot yoga a few times a week. She is an active member of her community, acting in a leadership capacity of her networking chapter in Centennial. With her free time, Charlene enjoys travel, dance, cooking, and reading.
